Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account identity: email address and the display name supplied during sign-in.
• Beta participation: Open Beta reward eligibility, grant date, and any legacy invitation, waitlist, or application record previously submitted.
• Beta feedback: report type, affected game area, summary, details, account identity, browser/device description, and review status.
• Game data: saved decks, Ladder progress, profile icon, match history, rating, achievements, friends, requests, and notifications.
• Match operations: room state, matchmaking status, ready checks, actions, results, and disconnect timing needed to run fair games.
• Security data: short-lived session identifiers, request timing, rate-limit counters, and service logs used to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

How we use it

We use this information only to authenticate players, grant and preserve Open Beta rewards, investigate Beta reports, save progress across devices, operate PvP and solo modes, calculate rankings, support social features, moderate public names, and secure the service. Ring Rivals does not sell personal information or use game data for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Game records are stored with the site hosting platform. Transactional email may be delivered through Resend. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their part of the service under their own security and retention practices.

Sharing and public information

Your Summoner Name, selected Champion icon, rating, match record, rank, achievements, and leaderboard position may be visible to other players. Your email, password, session token, saved deck contents, and Ladder save are not public. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect players and the service.

Retention and deletion

Active game data and earned cosmetic entitlements are retained while your profile exists. Feedback reports and legacy Beta application or waitlist records remain until Beta and launch communications are complete or you delete your account. Expired matchmaking records, room state, sessions, and operational logs are removed or aged out as they are no longer needed. You can permanently erase your Ring Rivals profile, feedback, legacy application or waitlist entry, and game data from the Account Deletion page. A redeemed legacy invitation may remain marked as spent without retaining its former account email or Summoner Name.

Your choices

You may update your public Summoner Name and Champion icon in Profile, decline social requests, avoid Ranked matchmaking, sign out on any device, or delete your account. Players under 13 may not create an account; see the 13+ Policy.

Security and changes

We use secure cookies, verified sign-in tokens, origin checks, rate limits, server-side ownership checks, and limited public profile fields. No online service can promise absolute security. Material policy updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
